These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the praGtice mobile app and website (the "Service"). praGtice is operated by Cole S. Proctor ("praGtice", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Using the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since we sign you in with codes sent to your email.
Your content
The practice data you create belongs to you. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you add.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the Service.
- Don't access the Service through unauthorized means.
- Don't use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
The Service is provided "as is"
praGtice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. praGtice is a practice-planning tool and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Practice within your physical limits and at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, praGtice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
